Looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree, active PE License and 10+ years of engineering experience.

Overview of Job Functions

Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products

Prepare design drawings and specifications

Develop manufacturing processes according to engineering codes and standards

Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time

Establish and maintain client relationships

Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes

Summarize data and report on test results

Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets

Monitor maintenance and inspection plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology

Active Professional Engineering License

10+ years of consulting engineering experience designing power and control systems for municipal and industrial facilities

Experience in Industrial Power Distribution and Motor Controls a plus

Experience in performing Arc Flash Hazard Analysis a plus

Proven track record of interacting with other design professionals, and experience working with contractors during the construction phase of a project

Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
