Job Description:

TekGarden Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer- HVAC to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HVAC systems for various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of HVAC systems.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer- HVAC, you will play a critical role in the design and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise in mechanical engineering principles, industry standards, and project management will contribute to the success of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop HVAC systems based on project requirements and specifications.

Conduct calculations, simulations, and energy modeling to optimize HVAC system performance.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in building designs.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for HVAC systems.

Conduct HVAC systems testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC systems.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, concepts, and best practices.

Proficiency in using HVAC design software.

Experience with energy modeling and HVAC load calculations.

Strong understanding of industry standards and codes, such as ASHRAE and NFPA.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Project management experience with the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S and not require sponsorship.
