In this role, you will design electronic and electromechanical products for industrial market segments. Develop new product designs or customize existing designs to meet customers' requirements.

Responsibilities

Report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate within a diverse team environment.

Lead the entire lifecycle of new product development, from concept to market release.

Create and oversee the design of both complete products and individual components, following detailed project timelines and plans.

Establish and update design specifications, testing protocols, control strategies, and technical documentation for innovative products.

Design and produce PCBs for new applications, including drafting parts lists, sourcing components, and assembling and testing prototype PCBs.

Analyze electronic systems, conduct simulations and tests, and devise improvement measures are key.

Additionally, the role requires generating technical drawings and specs for the procurement of PCB assemblies for new products, engaging with customers, and conducting field tests.

Leadership in multi-disciplinary groups to enhance design efficiency, with a focus on meeting customer-driven specifications, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project schedules, is crucial.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

8+ years of experience in electronics design/testing

Experience with very low-power systems

Analog and some digital design experience

Strong knowledge of test equipment and its operation for analog/digital circuits

Familiar with DMM/Oscilloscope/Signal Generators/Power Supplies and any other equipment required to complete daily duties

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
