Job Details

We seek an individual with extensive expertise in operating nanofabrication equipment, including photolithographic steppers, metal deposition systems, dry etching machines, scanning electron microscopes (SEMs), and plasma deposition tools. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in microelectronic semiconductor fabrication and wafer handling techniques is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to process development challenges, coupled with a deep understanding of Design of Experiments (DoE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies. The ability to comprehend and analyze data related to semiconductor device performance is paramount, as is the experience in developing and executing well-designed experiments.

Exceptional communication skills are a must, with the ability to convey data analysis in an accurate and concise manner, as well as develop and deliver engaging presentations. Experience in creating reports, documenting tests, and creating and reviewing documentation related to process development is highly valued.
