Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing mechanical designs, calculations, and specifications for HVAC and plumbing building systems. This role involves project management, client interaction and presentations, fee estimating, proposal writing, mechanical design, specification writing, leading other mechanical engineers and designers on projects, quality reviews, and coordination with other engineering disciplines and architects on projects. Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer
7+ years of experience in Mechanical Building Systems (HVAC & Plumbing)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering.
Skilled Revit and AUTO CAD user

Responsibilities

Provide quality control on projects that are produced by lower level engineers
Perform all engineering analysis required and develop quality design for projects
Work closely with other engineers, designers, and technicians to meet deadlines and client expectations
Manage shop drawings and submittals
Provide construction administration
Assistant with project management on select projects
Manage project issues and resolutions
Provide feedback on standards and best practices
Provide our clients with quality service and on-time project delivery
Lead, mentor and support a team.
Participate in project interviews and pursuits.
Cultivate effective relationships with clients, customers and contractors.
