Responsibilities:

Leads cross functional and business unit specific process improvement initiatives

Has a track record of producing expected results using a variety of research and design techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, User Journey Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Analysis to simplify business processes.

Identify opportunities to automate within business process improvement efforts.

Create the environment and processes to drive engagement between process owners, users and technical teams who have shared responsibility for improving the user experience, utility, and efficiency of our processes.

Design and facilitate sessions to identify improvements and solutions that support business and process needs across end to end processes.

Orchestrate change management efforts by building a shared understanding of business needs and opportunities, enabling wide-spread adoption of strategic investments, and building strong stakeholder support for process improvements
