Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing innovative design solutions for a wide range of manufacturing challenges.
2. Utilizing your experience in OEM manufacturing to create designs that are both functional and cost-effective.
3. Leveraging your knowledge of product development to bring new ideas to life, from initial concept through to final production.
4. Applying your expertise in mechanical engineering to create designs that are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
5. Utilizing 3D modeling techniques and AutoCAD software to create detailed design plans.
6. Ensuring all designs meet the necessary standards for manufacturing (DFM), ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.
7. Applying your knowledge of thermodynamics to create designs that are energy-efficient and sustainable.
8. Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from initial design through to final production, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with OEM manufacturing, product development, and mechanical engineering.
4. Strong skills in 3D modeling and AutoCAD.
5. A deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
6. Knowledge of thermodynamics and how to apply these principles to design.
7. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to oversee the entire production cycle.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
10. A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
