Develop and scale thin film deposition-based process modules for roll to roll manufacturing

Job Requirements:

Education and Training:

oMS minimum (Ph.D preferred) with very good fundamental understanding of thin film deposition by various techniques and their characterization.

oIdeally >10 years experience working in a technology development / manufacturing environment in a related field, preferably with roll to roll processing experience.

oStrong track record of resolving issues and mechanisms to root cause understanding and solution.

-Technical Requirements:

oSpecific deep knowledge ofa) Thin Films deposition and characterization by PVD, ALD, PECVD

oDetailed knowledge of supporting process modules and their cross- module interactions with thin film layers

oStrong experience in the design and analysis of structured experiments both qualitatively and quantitatively.

oDevelop and scale well characterized, robust unit processes to manufacturing readiness. Own and support manufacturing ramp scale up issues.

-Critical Skill Set:

oAttention to detail in all aspects of characterization, planning and documentation.

oAbility to lead and influence cross functional teams of 3-5 people of varying scientific and engineering backgrounds to achieve challenging technology and manufacturing goals.

oStrong problem solving initiative across modules and functions- "do what it takes" attitude.
