Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Boston team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about designing innovative and reliable electrical systems for a variety of complex projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for complex projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive engineering solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Utilize advanced engineering techniques and tools to optimize design processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a consulting or design environment.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Proficiency in CADD software; experience with Revit is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
