Job Purpose
The Electrical Engineer is a client facing role requiring the ability to inspire confidence from initialclient inquiry to proposal preparation and project execution. The Electrical Engineer leads allaspects of electrical systems design in a collaborative high performance team environment toaccomplish the successful completion of assigned projects.

1. Develop scopes of work from the feed of business development efforts through design,construction & commissioning

and operations teams so that each consecutive project is delivered better than the last

technical projects; as perceived by the client

JOB DESCRIPTION
The following is an overview of the responsibilities this position but does not represent the full
breadth of activities:
Design of power, lighting, fire alarm and other low-voltage systems
Carry out conceptual design studies
Plant/equipment datasheets
Electrical calculations, drawings & specifications
Ensuring project deliverables comply with appropriate design codes and legislation
One-line diagrams
Perform engineering studies including coordination, arc flash and thermal feeder analysis
Site visits and data collection
Assisting with delivering design and general engineering projects
Assisting with bids and proposal documents as required to support the EngineeringManager as appropriate.
Technical quality control checking of the team's work
Technical management of electrical vendors and sub-contractors
Provide project team leadership
Other related duties as assigned or needed

Candidates should have broad experience in interdisciplinary coordination on projectspreferably in the industries of data center/mission critical facilities, food and productprocess, pharmaceutical, and central plant design. This position requires a high level offluency reading plans, specifications, and related project documents. Key competenciesare initiative, communication, teamwork, and managing for results.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
AutoCAD, REVIT, other electrical design software, MS Office as well as proficiency inBuilding and Electrical Codes and Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
5-10 years of electrical design experience.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE).

COMPENSATION
Salary will be better than market rate, based on education and relevant experience.
