We are growing our hardware engineering team and looking for world-class design engineers with experience developing scalable hardware solutions from concept to production. As an early member of our engineering team, you'll play a key role in building the future of healthcare. Your contributions will directly improve the lives of others.

Apply strong technical knowledge to solve the problems:

1. Work closely with Product and Design to assess feasibility of a new design and define product requirements.
2. Generate robust 3D models and renderings and fully toleranced 2D drawings based on design intent and design collateral.
3. Perform detailed mechanical analyses of structures, enclosures, mechanisms and assemblies.
4. Finalize designs using your broad knowledge of engineering materials and manufacturing processes.
5. Fabricate and debug functional prototypes to test and demonstrate your designs.
6. Lead user experience reviews and technical feasibility reviews.
7. Document and communicate your designs to ensure accurate implementation.
8. Manage expectations on deliverables and schedules, identifying risks and communicating these to the team.
9. Collaborate with external vendors throughout the development cycle as a technical owner of the vendor's output.
