Reporting to the Senior Geologist, you will be responsible for providing quality underground mine geology services and working collaboratively with the broader Mining Team to maximise return from the operation.

This role can be offered as residential in Kambalda/Kalgoorlie or surrounds OR Fly in Fly out from Perth on a 8 days on 6 days off roster.

About the role:
- Assist with diamond core logging of underground grade control and exploration programs.
- Support the Mining Team in maximising ore recovery and minimising dilution.
- Collect and analyse underground grade control data (face mapping, wall mapping, face sampling) in preparation for block modelling.
- Assist with underground diamond drill rig management.
- Utilise site systems and QA/QC protocols to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
- Contribute to the delineation, extension and discovery of Reserves.
About you:
- Bachelor of Science majoring in Geology.
- Possess a current manual driver's licence.
- Previous practical experience in Underground Mining will be beneficial.
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Datamine/Leapfrog geological modelling software packages.
