Job Purpose:

Assist Maintenance Technicians and Production Engineering with maintenance/electrical issues on equipment and facility.

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Analysis of breakdown and repairs and scheduling of proactive training to correct issues.

Program Robots, CNC, HMI, and PLC for Reliability and Efficiency Upgrades

Provide training on specific equipment

Create equipment repair manuals and procedures

Work with vendors, locate new vendors and negotiate price

Work with Production Engineering to develop and maintain new control systems for equipment

Perform modifications to existing controls as necessary to improve quality and throughput.

Maintain PM control systems and modify process as necessary.

Maintain records relating to Maintenance work orders.

Design and Implement Machine Efficiency Upgrades

Start Up support for new machinery

Project Manage upgrades for machinery capacity and building expansion

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experiences, preferably Electrical/Electronic with demonstrated qualifications in industrial controls systems.

Technical Competencies:

PLC, PMC programming and troubleshooting and performance improvement for the equipment.

Advanced proficiency in the use of programmer and electrical/electronic device.

HMI programming and robotics proficiency.

Non-Technical Competencies:

Analyzing and Reporting skills

Production system understanding

Strong communication skills

Training and coaching skills

Teamwork skills
