Innovative thinking is the key to all provided services including mechanical and electrical engineering, fire protection, mission critical, cabling infrastructure, security systems, energy modeling, commissioning, and LEED consultation.

Job Description:

Excellent position for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client's growing Healthcare and Life Sciences team. There is an urgent need for a talented and highly motivated engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of experience in the design of HVAC systems for Healthcare & Life Sciences projects. HYBRID work environment!

Requirements and responsibilities:

7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for design and engineering of HVAC, and related equipment associated with building design and renovation, particularly in hospitals and healthcare.

Knowledge of healthcare code compliance requirements and industry standards.

Understanding of pressure relationships for healthcare occupancies.

MUST have experience in healthcare, hospitals, and life sciences projects ONLY!

Proficient in the use of Trane Trace 700, pressure differential tables, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Excellent technical skills; strong communications, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment.

EIT or PE is preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

LEED Accreditation could be a big plus.

Education:

BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar from an accredited college or university.
