Thermal Analysis Mechanical Engineer

Pay Range: $50-62 AN HOUR (W2 ONLY)
Exciting opportunity for a Thermal Analysis Mechanical Engineer in Orlando, FL.
This person will be a member of the hardware engineering team and be responsible for the development of mechanical, structural, optical, thermal and electronic systems and assemblies.
Onsite at least two days a week, maybe more.
Responsible for research and development of viable thermal and structural solutions for systems and components.
Experienced with relevant analytic tools for thermal and structural analysis.
Create and correlate analytical models to provide guidance for product development.
Functions also include performance, structural and thermal tests and measurements.
Reports and documents product structural and thermal performance.
Assesses design merits with regard to product specification and reliability.
Works with materials and parts suppliers, including plastics, composites, wrought and cast metals, ceramics, additive materials, fans, blowers, heat-sinks, and thermal interface materials.
Required Experience/Skills:
Finite Element Modeling (FEM) skills
Thermal Analysis experience
Thermal/Mechanical testing
Fluid System Analysis
Desired Skills:
Siemens SimCenter 3D Thermal experience
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis
1D Fluid Network Analysis experience
