Job Description

The Fabrication and repair of various metal parts using different types of metal altering machines such as punch presses, drill presses, milling centers, steel welding machines, aluminum welding machines, saws, ironworkers, shear, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have at least two years of experience welding steel and aluminum using some of the various equipment listed above.

Must be able to understand and read blueprints.

Monitor and stock shop supplies necessary to complete projects.

Must be able to use different types of measuring tools such as calipers, dial indicators, tape measures, etc.

Must have welding machine setup experience, such as different types of welding guns, saw sets up's, etc.

Keep the work area clean and orderly.

Work with Engineering on upcoming prototypes.

Perform daily cleanup and inspection of tools needed to complete job tasks.

Follow the instruction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead

Inspects all parts to be complete and up to quality standards.

Any other duties as assigned by management.

Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
