We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! This role serves as a technical resource for researching, developing and designing custom-engineered solutions for advanced equipment in a variety of highly technical industries.

This role:

1. Maintains expert subject matter knowledge through additional training and experience in any of the following areas of Engineering, Methods and Technology: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Controls, Finite Element Analysis, Materials and Welding.
2. Utilizes engineering and physics principles to generate industrial machine designs.
3. Uses 3D CAD systems to generate mechanical designs, create assemblies and produce mechanical drawings.
4. Performs and interprets Finite Element Analysis using programs such as SolidWorks.
5. Uses PLM and PDM systems to manage data and configuration.
6. Provides and interprets pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
7. Troubleshoots and debugs industrial mechanical systems.
8. Mentors Level I and Level II engineers as needed.

We are seeking someone who has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 5 years' experience in engineering (PE Certification a plus), and experience in machine design, hydraulics, pneumatics and CATIA/SolidWorks.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $101,424 - $129,598 annually, depending upon qualifications.
