Job Description

Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams (PFDs).

Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing process, identify areas of improvements, and recommend solutions.

Monitor and analyze plant process metrics such as cycle time, yield and scrap rate, throughput to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to meet or exceed production targets.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis by using PDCA and other Kaizen methods.

Provide training and guidance to production teams on new process, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.

Be available to work after hours and weekends, as needed.

Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in manufacturing technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

Facilitate cross functional team meetings to communicate project milestones and timeline.
