Responsibilities:
Use years of experience to proactively identify and resolve complex processing challenges in the production area to stop daily re-occurrences while providing input to design activities and proposals for new products and contracts

Work independently and as a member of a team to propose and develop ideas, concepts, documentation from concept to sustaining activities; analyzes results; documents and evaluates processes

Perform and/or direct forensic and failure analyses for complex processes and product as needed, presents findings to internal and external customers; contribute were applicable with detailed Design of Experiments (DOE) and analyze results using statistical methodology

Working knowledge of company departments for data analysis (Cost, Risk, Yield, Delivery) and supports technical requests for data and/or analysis; effectively directing cross-functional teams, providing training and mentorship to meet project needs

Use solid engineering methods, provides data driven solutions via critical thinking and innovation with excellent data organization, time management, project planning, report writing, professional presentations and communication skills to internal and external customers

Participate in providing process times for Basis of Estimates, bid proposals and supports business needs for data or data analysis as requested; plan and perform to approved proposals

Assess and recommend equipment upgrades and/or new equipment purchases including planning, floor layouts, return on investment (ROI), risk, and equipment qualification; proposes new methods, materials, and equipment intended to improve efficiency, reduce cost, improve product reliability, and expand capabilities

Conduct research and investigation into related topics to increase knowledge and capability, keep current with the state of relevant technology, propose ideas for new or improved processes incorporating state-of-the-art methods, tools and materials, including relevant software tools

Qualifications:
Generally eight (8) years or more of experience in a specialized functional discipline

Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's degree)

Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range: $107,604 - $134,506 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
