Oxford Solutions has a client looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join their production team and help enhance efficiency and streamline manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving production systems and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the production/manufacturing team to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.

Utilize AutoCAD for CAD design to support production improvements.

Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kanban, Kaizen, 5-S, and Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance process efficiency.

Optimize manufacturing runs to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Continuously assess and refine current production processes to align with best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering preferred or a combination of education and experience.

2-3 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

AutoCAD proficiency required.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kanban, Kaizen, 5-S, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
