About The Position

Electrical Engineer I

Salary range: $75K-85K

Founded in 1983, Aitech has a rich history of pioneering advancements such as the world's first conduction-cooled MIL-SPEC VMEbus board and has continually evolved its product line to include state-of-the-art SBCs, GPGPU-based AI applications, and advanced cybersecurity for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Eagerness to work on a multitude of complex and non-complex tasks simultaneously.
  2. Planning - Ability to balance work priorities and deliver tasks on time with the required quality.
  3. Scope/Impact - Contributes to milestones. Willingness to participate in process improvement activities.
  4. Guidance - Works within well-established practices and clearly defined scope of work.
  5. Initiative - Demonstrates initiative on moderate problem solving within assigned tasks.
  6. Technical Writing Skill - Contributes to project reports and presentations.

Technical Depth & Breadth

  1. Knows and applies basic engineering concepts and techniques applicable to the space industry.
  2. Digital Electronics design and analysis experience.
  3. Embedded systems experience.
  4. Experience with circuit design/analysis software like P-Spice.
  5. RF or high-speed circuit design fundamentals.
  6. Analog design and analysis experience.

Communication/Interpersonal Skills

  1. Communicates clearly verbally and in writing (e.g. email, memos, explanations, drawings).
  2. Works effectively with peers.
