Job Description:

The Electrical Engineer will report to the Director of Engineering and work with a team of 6 engineers. This individual will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and reporting on simulation models for RF components. The ideal candidate has strong simulation skills to accompany strong problem solving and technical abilities.

Description

  • Provide analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of electronic parts, including RF connectors, cables, and components
  • Implement and develop test strategies
  • Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects
  • Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results
  • Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks
  • Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications, to ensure conformity to standards and customer requirements
  • Support existing products by troubleshooting and failure analysis
  • Participate in technical design reviews of existing designs and peer reviews
  • Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects
  • Brief others on deliverables, status and progress
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

Profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Electrical Engineer
  • Ability to create simulations using HFSS, CST, or legacy software applications
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of RF components preferred
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK
