SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a hands-on Packaging Process Engineer to join an established manufacturing company in Macon, GA. This person will oversee the design, development, and engineering of packaging for both new and existing products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage design and development of packaging processes.


• Work with high-speed automated packaging equipment (e.g., case packers, palletizers).


• Provide manufacturing support for packaging equipment.


• Operate on the manufacturing floor, not limited to desk-bound design roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


• 3 years of experience with high-speed automated packaging equipment.


• Knowledge of packaging processes (flexible, corrugated, folding carton, plastics thermoforming, film, bags, labels, printing).


• Willingness to learn packaging development and design.
