Requirements include:

1. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 7-10 years of documented experience
3. Licensed professional engineer
4. Experience in managing and leading a design team
5. AutoCAD proficiency is required, familiarity with Revit preferred
6. Proficiency with SKM or similar industry acceptable short circuit analysis program
