Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in low voltage MEP systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems that ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality in various projects. Your role will involve working closely with other engineering disciplines, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze low voltage electrical systems including lighting, fire alarms, and communication systems.
• Develop and review detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and plumbing components.
• Perform site inspections and supervise the installation of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and managing low voltage MEP systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
