What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of PCBs with complex digital and analog circuitry, from initial concept to full-rate production.
- Integrate advanced technologies and interfaces such as FPGAs, microprocessors, and more.
- Work hands-on in the lab environment, performing testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analyses.
- Conduct detailed reviews of schematics, PCB layouts, and drawings to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance while working on cross-functional integrated product teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement to ensure products that are reliable, robust, and manufacturable at scale.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- US citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
- Personal Ownership: Take pride in every work submission, even the smallest of tasks.
- Attention to Detail: A successful candidate will have an eye for mistakes, ensuring customer and/or datasheet requirements are met.
- Efficiency: Work to meet project deadlines and clearly communicate issues and delays.
- Communication: Frequently share information with the team.
- Design Tools: Experience using Altium and Hyperlynx for design and simulation is a plus!

Cubic Pay Range: $100,000 - $137,853 + benefits.
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
