We are accepting applications for an Entry Level Electrical Engineer opportunity for upcoming college graduates to start in 2025. Our Eichleay teammates will be participating at several college career fair events this Fall to speak with students who are passionate about engineering and seek to explore a rewarding career with Eichleay.

We are located in the Western US with offices in Larkspur, CA, Orange, CA, Billings, MT and Ferndale, WA. This role will be located in our Billings, MT office and will require in-person interactions, including but not limited to company events, field visits, office-based team meetings.

We are seeking Entry Level Engineers passionate about learning, growing and applying engineering skills across diverse industries in a multidisciplinary environment. You will work alongside senior leadership, receive training through on-the-job assignments using technical skills acquired in college.

Upon joining Eichleay you are enrolled in our Emerging Professionals Program. You will have opportunities to participate in a variety of company programs and social functions. You will participate in diverse projects while working closely with peers and senior leaders.

Compensation: $52,000 - $76,000 anticipated annual salary may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal peer equity and location. The pay range listed for this position is based on the anticipated base compensation at the time of the posting.

Basic Requirements:

  • You are legally authorized to work in the United States for Eichleay without the need for sponsorship.
  • You are pursuing/obtained a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous internships, co-ops or working experience in an engineering/design field.
