Job Description:

Candidate Requirements Education & Experience Required:

-Bachelors degree in Engineering (FIRM)

-2-4 years experience

-No Masters's degrees

-Internships will be counted

Technical Skills (Required)

-Hydraulics experience 1 year minimum

-CAD software experience (preferably CREO) - solid works

-Print Reading

-Manufacturing experience

Mechanical Experience Desired:

-3+ years hydraulics experience

Soft Skills (Required)

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Problem solving and critical thinking

-Good organizational and time management skills

Major Purpose:

-Fast paced highly rewarding opportunity to work with client's Hydraulics team to aid customers in sustainability efforts, and new technology advancements. Learn multiple new skills that will aid in personal development

Typical task breakdown:

-Participate in receiving and tracking of multiple projects assigned by engineering team leader

-Design, detailing, research, supplier collaboration, cost analysis for hydraulics projects assigned to the individual

-Participate in team collaboration meetings

Interaction with team:

-Daily interaction, highly collaborative. Individual will work closely with team members and engineer lead to identify workload priorities, changes in work requirements, updates to standards, and customer needs

Work environment:

-Fast paced, supportive teamwork environment that promotes peer collaboration
