We are looking for Mechanical Engineers who have design experience with various system layouts and configurations.
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom pumping solutions for golf, landscape, municipal, and agriculture use. This family-owned company has operated for close to 40 years, and has global sales team spanning cross 5 continents. They use the most up to date and innovative technology and offer the most experienced team in the industry. From concept to design, production, and final product, their talented engineering team handles the whole process in house.
Currently, they are looking to fill an open, full time, direct hire Mechanical Engineering role at their Hartland, Wisconsin facility.
Responsibility of a Mechanical Engineer:
Design skid-based equipment layouts, including pumps, motors, pressure vessels, manifolds, filters, piping, valves, electric controls, and system enclosures.
Role of a Mechanical Engineer
Prepare and model equipment in CAD from specs/drawings/customer submittals
Staying on budget and on time on projects
Efficiently manage multiple projects at one time
Promote design standards, design-for-mfg and cost sensitive criteria throughout design
Specify standards of construction for major components such as structural skid bases and enclosures
Work with outside vendors, engineers, and contractors
Ability to create custom product designs and BOMs
Lead project meetings and presentations to small groups
Act as a liaison between customer and client
Required Experience of an Electrical Engineer:
AS or BS Mechanical Engineering Degree
SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience
Physical Demands:
Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift 25lbs.

Salary: Based on Experience, $70,000 - $85,0000
