Job role: Electrical Engineer

Work Location: Anaheim, CA 92802

Duration: 18+ months (possible extension)

Pay range : $52/hr. on W2

Job Description:

• As an Electrical Engineer, you will manage from inception thru sustainment of low voltage up to medium voltage electrical systems supporting the many assets at the Client Resort. Performing as Owners Technical Representation, support and develop bid level construction documents including drawings and specifications. Support the development and authoring of proposals and develop workload estimates with critical path schedule dates to support our project management team. Additional responsibilities include immediate response and support to reactionary projects requiring immediate attention.

• This role reports to the Manager of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing/Piping (MEP) Engineering with Client's Architecture & Facilities Engineering.

• Representation:

• In this collaborative role, you will act as Owners Technical Representative on projects from concept through construction at the Client Resort.

• Discipline focused collaboration to ensure optimal design and production results.

Coordination:

• Manage the design and development of contract documents of projects with in-house and outside resources to meet project Products, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate design activities and monitor field installations and demolition work that comply with specifications and code requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Use and build your experience to guide designs for discipline specific input.

• Review drawings, engineering calculations, and specifications and ensure that all projects are designed and executed to applicable local and state codes and statutes.

• Review shop drawing submittals and respond to vendors requests for information per Resort standards.

• Site visits to problem solve issues and minimize schedule impacts.
