Job Description:
- Manages, motivates, and leads the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation
- Develops and maintains the process standards in which all parts are manufactured
- Verifies and applies narrow ranges for optimum process
- Reviews production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues
- Follows established action plans for processes out of range
- Specifies project management and buy off new equipment
- Manages exploration of new materials and processes to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability
- Complies data and analyses past and current information to assist in the preparation of the budget; works with tool shops for all tool repair and maintenance
Requirements: - At least 3-5 years of experience with injection molding with presses ranging from 85-3200 tons
- Master root-cause troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must have experience with valve gate, hot runner, and scientific injection molding principals
- Desire to be hands-on
- At least 2 years of automation experience
- Strong work ethic with the desire to overcome challenges and obstacles that arise on a daily basis
- Direct experience leading a team
- Desire to work any shift, including weekends
