Description

Key responsibilities will entail conducting root-cause analysis for existing processes, designing fixtures & jigs to support manufacturing processes, implement process improvements to reduce cycle times & drive efficiency, as well as collaborate with safety, operations, and quality departments to ensure product quality in a timely manner.

Profile

1 - 3 years of manufacturing experience

Strong CAD experience

Proven track record of process improvement implementation with tangible results

Team orientated and open to cross- functional department collaboration

Strong experience conducting root-cause analysis

Job Offer

Up to $100,000 base salary based on experience

Strong benefits including medical, dental, and vision

8% annual bonus
