Description
Reporting directly into the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient, effective, and safe manufacture of product
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Support product and process commercialization
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation
- Identify downtime causes and suggest solutions
- Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality
Profile
- Degree in Engineering discipline or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
