Position Overview: We seek a skilled Water Truck Operator with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License and a current DOT Physical. Preferred candidates will have experience in heavycivil/highway construction. This position requires availability for overtime and successful completion of pre-employment drug testing.

Job Summary: The Water Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a 2000K-4000K water truck. This role includes performing preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections to ensure the safe operation of the assigned equipment. A current Commercial Driver's License with a Tanker endorsement is required.

  • Produce high-quality work safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Provide feedback to ensure the availability of all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information for the job.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means, and methods, and be open to learning from others.
  • Share knowledge and teach others whenever possible.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in preventative maintenance of all related equipment.
  • Eliminate waste in waiting, rework, transporting, material storage, and time.
Job Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience in the industrial/commercial/heavy highway/civil construction industry with a thorough understanding of the operation of various types of trucks.
  • Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement is required.
  • Ability to read and understand safety and quality standards and effectively use all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
  • Practical verbal and written communication skills.
