Piper Companies is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a consulting engineering firm located in Norfolk, VA, and Baltimore, MD. The Electrical Engineer will assist the electrical engineers with designing lighting, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer include:
Create electrical design drawings Effectively use AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office programs for projectsPerform field surveys of properties Collaborate with electrical engineers and other teams/departmentsAttend project meetingsQualifications for the Electrical Engineer include:
3+ years of experiencePrevious experience using AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of forms and procedures of the engineering and construction industryBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Architectural Engineering with an Electrical Engineering concentration from ABET accredited college or universityCompensation for the Electrical Engineer include:
