Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Process Engineer II to join a CRO in the Frederick, MD area. The Process Engineer II will be responsible for method writing and executing downstream processes.
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer II:
Execute downstream processes independently such as; AKTA chromatography, Unicorn, TFF, UFDFResponsible for method writing using AKTA systemsPerform large-scale and small-scale nucleic acid extractions (DNA, RNA) and perform testing for virus characterizationAccurately document using ALCOA+Qualifications of the Process Engineer II:
1+ years of professional experience executing downstream manufacturing processesMethod writing experience requiredBachelor's degree in science related fieldCompensation of the Process Engineer II:
