Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a consulting engineering firm located in Baltimore, MD . The Electrical Engineer will assist engineering consultants with designing lighting, electrical, and fire alarm systems. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Electrical Engineer include:
Create electrical design drawings
Effectively use AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office programs for projects
Perform field surveys of properties
Collaborate with electrical engineers and other teams/departments
Attend project meetings
Qualifications for the Sr. Electrical Engineer include:
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a commercial industry setting
Previous experience using AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of forms and procedures of the engineering and construction industry
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Architectural Engineering with an Electrical Engineering concentration from ABET accredited college or university
PE licensure is strongly preferred, but not required
Compensation for the Sr. Electrical Engineer includes:
Salary Range : $120,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience
