Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking a Process Engineer II for a Denmark based pharmaceutical organization that produces products for the needs of patients with unmet chronic diseases. The Process Engineer II will get to join a global network of manufacturing professionals to improve system & equipment reliability. This is a Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 position locatedin the greater Raleigh, NC area.
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer II:
Improve system and equipment reliability to meet business and regulatory requirementsLead cross functional process improvementsSupport technical development of Process Maintenance Techs and Area SpecialistsParticipate in process improvement projects, remain hands on with engineering tools that define that new processes, and carry these out for long-termImprove the performance of an existing process or set of systems using root cause analysis and green belt toolsDevelop and manage project budgets for improvements of processes and systemsParticipate in event response activitiesQualifications of the Process Engineer II:
B.S. and 5 - 8 years of industry engineering experienceExperience in Instrumentation and Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Root Cause, Process Improvement Methodologies, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)Experience in Maintenance, Design, Process Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologiesCompensation of the Process Engineer II:
