Position Overview: The CNC Swiss Operator will be responsible for performing multiple Milling and Turning operations while holding tolerances of .0001". Individual will work with a variety of alloys and materials including stainless steel, titanium, and cobalt. Position is within a regulated environment, meaning meticulous production/quality records need to be maintain.
Key Responsibilities:- Load materials into machine and perform operation cycle
- Monitor machine operations for accuracy
- Utilize Smart Scope to inspect/clean threads and other features
- Complete production control paperwork legibly
- Perform routine QC inspections using gages, micrometers, and calipers
- Isolate non-conforming parts and materials
Requirements:- 12+ months of CNC Operation, including basic setups/tool changes
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong applied mathematics and spatial reasoning
- CNC Swiss experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to learn complex processes efficiently
- Able to pass stringent drug/background screening
