Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering business development efforts in the Pacific Northwest by interfacing with clients, bringing in new project work, and contributing to the growth of Mazzetti's healthcare and life sciences sectors.

• Plan, organize, and lead mechanical engineering projects in accordance with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

• Oversee the technical work of project teams, collaborate on mechanical designs, and coordinate work within the Mazzetti team to successfully deliver projects from conception to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in building mechanical systems design (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Healthcare and hospital design experience strongly preferred.

• Life sciences experience desired.

• Proven track record in business development and client relations, or a hire desire to develop these skills and experience.

• Strong project management experience, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to oversee the technical work of other team members.
