Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Designing and fabricating new tools and dies
- Developing improvements to existing tooling and stamping equipment already in use
- Working cross-functionally with different engineering and operations departments
- Communicating with senior level and leadership personnel on project timelines and updates
- Utilizing CAD software (AutoCAD/Inventor) for 2D/3D design

Profile
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Extensive tool & die making experience
- Experience in a stamping environment
- At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing space
- 2D/3D CAD software experience, preferably in AutoCAD and Inventor

- Experience designing, reading, and communicating with internal and external personnel on engineering blueprints
- History of implementing LEAN manufacturing principles

Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000, depending on level of experience
- Annual bonus payout based on company/personal performance - averaging close to 10%
