We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, you will be get the chance to work at a biopharmaceutical company that has developed some of the world's most impactful medicines and vaccines. The Process Engineer will working on the floor, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, updating batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring operational clarity and efficiency.
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer :
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the floor to ensure smooth operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Update and maintain batch records and SOPs, ensuring all documentation is clear and accurate. Identify and rectify discrepancies or issues in production processes. Simplify processes to make operations more efficient and effective. Qualifications of the Process Engineer :
2+ years of proven experience in a production engineering role. Experience in a pharmaceutical environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. B.S in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Compensation of the Process Engineer :
