L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Senior Electrical Engineer. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and improving the range of magnetic components and collaborate closely with the manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams

• Design and develop electrical systems and components, focusing on magnetic components such as transformers, inductors, and reactors
• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support,
  documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and
  customer requirements
• Perform detailed analyses to assess designs or applications, feasibility, cost, and
  maintenance requirements
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with
  engineering design and performance specifications
• Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make
  recommendations to the maintenance crew

Job Requirements

Details:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Master's Degree is preferred
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in the manufacturing sector, focusing on magnetic components
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Proficiency in CAD and other engineering design software
• Excellent problem-soling skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
