Project Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background and experience in project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope and specifications.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis and calculations related to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and flow diagrams using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Estimate project costs and prepare proposals for clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• 5 + years of Project Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including boiler systems, pumping systems, and piping design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with mechanical and electrical drawing interpretation.
• Understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
