Position Overview

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who will be operating in between Benton Harbor Tech Center, Amana Factory and the new Ottawa plant.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supporting, as System Integrators / Site Engineer Refrigeration.
• New Built In Premium platform full product range transition.
• Create a link to the project team and coordinate engineering activities to ensure architecture requirements compliance, events/milestones preparation and interaction with the key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate engineering activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical Project management
• Mechanical Eng background / Product Development.
• Team working, if not comfortable working with many people cross functionally this will
• be an issue, Communication written and verbal because will be presenting
• Ability to travel within the US. Likely between Ohio, Iowa and Michigan
• General PC Skills, Office / Google suite required. Will be putting slide decks together
• Project KPis, Cost, Timing and product approval. Engineering, it could be Electric, Mechanical or Materials
• 3+ years, product development, Innovation
• Office / Google advanced
• Great communication
• Comfortable leading meetings with more than 15 people within the different levels in the organization.
