The Opportunity In this role you will have the opportunity to: + Lead Electrical design for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station projects + Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering and technician staff + Develop a variety of complex engineering deliverables including installation drawings, calculations, reports, and technical specifications + Coordinate with regional and global design teams + Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs Additional Project Opportunities + Studies - Feasibility, Energy Optimization, Power System Coordination and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, and Electrical Reliability Analysis + Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues The Team BV's Connectivity & Commercial business is dedicated to creating and providing leading solutions to communication infrastructure, mission critical solutions, and commercial enterprise clients. Learn more about our electrification projects here: Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program + Professional Engineer's license in MO, KS, or another US jurisdiction + 8+ years in electrical design, planning and construction services + EV charging experience preferred + Overall familiarity with and experience designing to NFPA-70: National Electrical Code (NEC) + Experience with low and medium voltage power distribution design and equipment + Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 8 years related work experience.
