The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include: + Drive efficient Photo process releases to meet our startup and ramp schedule + Own and deliver module operational performance, ensure robust stability and manufacturing flexibility. + Support manufacturing operations + Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield, and enable cost leadership + Collaborate closely with your Equipment Engineering peer & Operations counterparts + Respond urgently to quality issues, ensuring timely containment to keep events small and protect our customers, and drive to root cause + Active communication and relationship building with employees and peers is essential for success Qualifications Minimum requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field + 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor fab environment Preferred qualifications: + Previous 300mm wafer fab startup experience + Expertise in Photo process engineering (mark robustness optimization, layer transfers, advanced process development) + Experience developing and maintaining APC models in Photo + Ability to work with aggressive timelines and drive for timely results + Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects at the same time + Ability to lead cross module teams to identify and solve complex process/integration problems + Track record of building strong and collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries _Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
