Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer, you will lead our site's Crane and below-the-hook device engineering and safety programs. Your role involves providing technical solutions to design and process challenges, analyzing data for improvements, managing capital projects, and offering mechanical engineering support across manufacturing and plant areas.

Qualifications: Basic:
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical systems, including overhead gantry cranes, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in equipment failure analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD or similar CAD software experience.
  • Engineering experience with cranes, hoists, rigging, and lifting devices.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy industrial equipment, safety standards, and codes.
  • Proficient in justifying, managing, and installing capital projects.
  • Strong mechanical and structural engineering skills.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, JIT, SPC, TQM, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
