Mechanical Design Engineer Atlanta, GA The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices for HVAC and plumbing design in the Commercial, Healthcare, and Education markets. Performs a variety of routine engineering assignments under the direction of a supervisor with increasing responsibility based on performance. Consults with supervisor to screen assignments for unusual or difficult problems and selects appropriate methods and techniques to apply. Provides supervisor and project manager with scope of work change warnings. May write portions or all of the specifications as needed. Performs design work on Revit AutoDesk Coordinates work with other disciplines. Travel required. Valid driver's license required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, which qualifies for licensure in the state of practice, is required.
