Piper Companies has an exciting Mechanical Engineer opportunity available with a growing Semiconductor company in San Jose, California. Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer:
Design, develop, and optimize air and liquid cooling systems for advanced semiconductor devices Work with flip chip, 2.5D, and 3D packaging technologies to enhance performance and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions Conduct thermal and mechanical simulations to validate designs and improve efficiency Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production Qualifications of the Mechanical Engineer:
At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry Strong understanding of air and liquid cooling systems Expertise in flip chip, 2.5D, and 3D packaging technologies Proficiency in CAD software and thermal simulation tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in San Jose, California Compensation and Benefits:
